New homes from Habitat for Humanity in Norwich's Greeneville neighborhood are nearly complete. Since 2019, Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut has worked to build 10 homes on Sylvester Street and Margerie Street. There will be a dedication on Aug. 11 for the next two families coming to the neighborhood. After this, only two more homes are left. Those two houses will have families by the end of the year, said Tara Filip, director of mission advancement and integration for Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut.
