NORWICH — While the pandemic slowed the use of the downtown office, Southeastern Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence (SCADD) wants to get things going again. SCADD moved its administrative staff into the Main Street Norwich office from its Lebanon Pines Facility in February, and celebrated the move on Tuesday. The organization wants to become more visible in the community, Stacy Lawton, SCADD's Chief Executive Officer, said. SCADD has been in its 313 Main Street location for at least a decade.
